All orders are shipped via First Class or Media Mail in the US, with postal insurance on larger orders. International orders are shipped via First Class International or Global Priority Mail. Many titles will be shipped without jewel cases on international orders, due to the draconian rate increases in January 2013. Bonus CDs are always shipped free.
